The European Office for the Support of Asylum (EASO) issued a bulletin containing information on the rights and duties of asylum seekers currently hosted in an EU member state.

Newsletter is available here.

The Bulletin provides general information about certain rights:

Access to housing, food and clothing.

Possible daily subsidies;
Information on advantages and obligations;
Education of minors;
Access to the labor market;
Rights of vulnerable people with special needs.
Please note that the availability of rights and services can vary from country to country in the EU.

In the bulletin, the European Office for the Support of Asylum (EASO) also makes a number of important commitments for asylum seekers, including the need to remain in the EU Member State where you applied for asylum until your application has been processed and decided.
